Hi, I am Hanna.
I focus on building strong, human-centered structures in fast-paced environments. In more than 8 years of experience, I built and shaped a wide range of HR topics from the ground up – from recruiting to L&D, Business Partnering and everything in between. My experience is rounded up by an extensive knowledge in project management, internal and external stake-holder coordination, executive support, internal communications, and driving company-wide goal-setting processes like OKRs.
My focus is always on building flexible, high-impact HR that truly supports business growth - fast, practical, and sustainable.
